Hey all, What is the usual progression from driving? I'm assuming it's something along the lines of Instructor > Manager > Depot Manager? Cheers as always!

Is it possible to set up permanent lates / earlies as a driver, either with another driver doing swaps or whatever?

Fails are rarer, drop out rate by resigning is much higher.

Does anyone have a schedule card or can tell me what it's like on a day to day? Like it seems a long day for one trip to Wolverhampton and back for newbies!
