sorry for the late reply, when is your assessment? There is only a couple I can seem to remember but they were can you give an example that you can be relied on to do a job and also describe a situation you have had to take control of in an emergency. The others were example based to. Are you going to Doncaster?

Hi Sirgerbil, this will be my first time at the new style stage 2 tests, so a little apprehensive but will just give it my best shot that's all I can do.

I applied a couple of years ago (old tests), passed everything but failed the Structured Interview.

How about yourself, first time through the process ?, feeling confident ?

I am having the assessment for RPO with Southern on Monday. How did yours go? Hope you're part of their team now!
I wonder if you could let me know a little bit about how the assessment goes as I have never been to one before and am a bit nervous.
I should be ok with the ticket selling and checking.
What was the trainability test like? Is the text that you have to remember very long?
How hard did you find the report writing exercise?
An finally, was the role play about checking the ticket of an angry customer?
