The stranded East Midlands 153 was pulled out this morning on the back of a Northern rail unit on its way to Scunthorpe.

Could this be an automated response when emailing them?

I have also recieved the email too. I am still waiting to find out if i have been successful for a groundstaff position but its been nearly 2 weeks since they said they would call and still nothing.

Thanks Aeion, I did see that there were advertising for groundstaff on their website, is that stopping too?

Have DB stopped recruitment at the moment in all areas including drivers and groundstaff?

I also applied for Doncaster in June 2014 and not heard anything yet.

I am in the same position, it can be a long wait. I have applied for 4 trainee drivers job in 8 months, only managed as far as a phone interview (failed that) and now waiting to hear back from a company I applied for in June 2014. Very frustrating but will be worth it of I manage to get somewhere.

2nd day in a row it's been up and down on the Immingham/Barnetby/Scunthorpe line. Route learning I presume?
