On the GE it’s 3hrs for a stand alone spare and unlimited movement for a weeks work. Also rest days are movable on that variable spare week. One week of that in every 8 week cycle.

Advance warning indicator and magnet removed from down. Indicator and magnet remain on the up. All 30 PSR signs appear to be gone. Advance warning indicator no magnet on the up( down) remains but new PSR 50-> 70 in place.
Memory a bit hazy but you should have about 8-10 weeks doing rules and traction. Then 4/5 weeks with an instructor at your depot learning handling. No need to read anything before you go above what you already would have done for your DMI. All relevant material will be provided by the company.
