Staying on the vehicle theme, those earthing strips on cars that stop a static build up - but in reality they don't. They still sell them though! Not seem them in ages.

I know a family who lost a teenage son in a car accident and it's been with them every day, this happened 20 years ago.
I've just bought it, £5 off in the DTG summer sale (wow! DTG having a sale!) however I didn't expect it to be discounted for a long time. Main reason for holding back is that I was awaiting a PC upgrade and I think this route would have killed my old PC off and GFX card.

There's been talk of fuel contamination on the Internet, and the Aviation Herald have said it's been looked in to due to a previous similar incident. I'm sure there was a BBC link about this, but I'm unable to find it.

I wanted to find the lane assist on my new car (a few years back) - not that I would use it- and after some investigation it wasn't in my car's spec.
But after the reading the manual in depth, I found out things it could do which I didnt know about!

Only going from what Aviation Herald have said (see my last post) , they do have the CVR which they have listened to, but cannot access the flight data as it was damaged in the fire so has to be sent elsewhere.
