That’s correct. However, the terms and conditions, the intensity of the work and diagrams definitely isn’t up there. The price of a high salary and a DOO intense inner London network I guess.

Sometimes better the devil you know. I know of drivers that have moved to the high paying salary TOCS only to have returned.

Times change as we all know. This is how it is whether we agree or disagree with it. There are a lot more factors involved in the job nowadays other than just driving the train. You are set in your opinion and mindset I see. Each to their own.
