Would / could manual doors comply with accessibility requirements? That said, I've never seen an accessible toilet in a building with anything other than a manual door.
Indeed, although as soon as I posted I realised I should have referred to football in general. I myself usually travel to National League South games on Boxing Day, there are fixtures up and down the pyramid.
Boxing Day is a major day of travel. The Premier League usually has a full set of fixtures, Boxing Day sales etc. Is there a risk that a limited service would be swamped due to the latent demand. Perhaps they will need to make all services mandatory reservations only?
I've just scrolled through the home pages of both and neither feature a flag even once. Likewise American business might fly their flag at their physical sites but when did you last see the stars and stripes feature as part of Apple's branding.

Sigh. Is it really necessary to wedge a (cropped) Union Flag into the design? The GBR logo is extremely plain as well. I wonder if the Government has used a branding agency or poorly attempted to devise the brand itself.

I'd be very surprised if it's the aircon as the sound comes from under the floor and does not seem to bear any relation to the temperature of the train e.g. the noise is still made in the winter.

I'm not particularly bothered by announcements being made in Welsh first. It's not the most customer friendly but urgent announcements are usually made manually in English. The trains making announcements in Welsh whilst in England is a bit annoying but thankfully they've drastically cut down...
How is everyone finding the temperature control on the 197s this year? I havent noticed any issues of late and 197123 was very pleasant in the 28° heat earlier. A stark contrast to the sweltering 166 I changed from
