All MOM vehicles I know off are manual. They could provide an auto one but what happens when it has to go off to be repaired or serviced? I’ve known the vehicles been gone ages for whatever reason and hire vehicles in place.
I think they’re really up to date with type 1 these days and I think youre ok as long as it’s not a job where you’ll be working alone. Obviously you will have to have medical tests etc but you will def be considere. Contact network rail
Make sense. That’s good. I feel my hypos very early on and rarely have them and have never needed assistance etc... I also still finger prick approx 4 times a day to make sure cgm is playing ball so would be fine if they were required. Cheers you’ve been a great help.
Thank you so much for the reply. That’s brilliant. I’m on a pump and have been for many years as well as a CGM but just wasn’t sure. Thanks once again.
We had a load of black indoor waiting room benches delivered at Coventry station last night and the old red ones taken away. The first class lounge has been shut, the red door painted dark grey and open as a normal waiting room. Rumour says it will go back to a first class lounge once taken over.
Hi
I need to go from Coventry to Watford Junction on a Sunday. It costs £37.20rtn.
On a Saturday I can do the journey for much, much cheaper.... Any one know why it costs more on a Sunday?
It's with Virgin Trains.
I have found I can go with London Midland for £16 rtn which is great...
