Hi, I wouldn't say it was harder, they are very similar apart from on this one they want to see if you are serious about the job. They start off by asking what you have done work wise since leaving school, your hobbies etc. Then they want you to tell them what you know about MTR as a corporation e.g. where it all started and what countries they operate in.
After that they want you to tell them about Crossrail, the line of route, what you know about the new trains and most importantly the stages of crossrail. Make sure you know the stages of crossrail off by heart. Then comes some questions like the ones you had on the MMI, if you follow the same format as you did for the MMI you will be fine.
