So, got my new contract through this morning, and the start date isn’t June but now been put back till August 6th...

Hi, I got my new contract yesterday and the start date is the same as you the 6th August 18. Is there anyone else starting then?

It is great and inspiring to read how well you have done throughout the recruitment process.
I am in the very early stages of the recruitment process completed the online questionnaire if passed that then will be online testing.

Anybody know when Plumstead will advertise again? Failed dmi last year and waiting for the opportunity to come up again.

Hello Everyone

I have applied for MTR Crossrail for Trainee train driver position. I have my Assessment 2 which ae the computer based exercises and the Interview (MMI)

Has anyone recently done this and give any tips for the MMI?

Make sure you know the stages of crossrail off by heart. Then comes some questions like the ones you had on the MMI, if you follow the same format as you did for the MMI you will be fine.

I guess he's talking about the different stages of the project and the phased introduction of services. Of course this has now all shifted since the announcement last month of the delay. There's a nice timeline on the Crossrail website (not the MTR one, the actual Crossrail one).

Thanks for your reply. I did think as much, and have the time line saved now too, thanks. Are you applying or have already secured a contract?
