I've applied for entry level roles at Network rail 3 times in the last 6 months, had to wait 7 weeks on each occasion to be rejected twice for "no reason given" and once because there were "more suitable candidates".
I'm not from an engineering background but I am from a logistics / heavy machinery 24/7 background. I just wonder whether I should bother applying again as it only lists the NVQ in relevant discipline as 'desirable'.
Is this one of those firms where you have to know somebody that works there to get in?
Has anybody else had this happen to them?
