If LNER's seat plan is anything to go by, based on a booking I've made for June 17th, service 1D05 (0803 Kings Cross to Leeds) should be run using a 9-car Azuma, at least from that date. The other service I've booked for June 20th is on 1A33, so that will definitely be an Azuma based on what has been posted here.

Rehearsal train, the people on it are staff and their guests.

The first official passenger carrying r7ns in normal service are still 1D11 & 1A33 on 15 May.

A Wednesday is a bit random when most people are at work? Wouldn't the preceding/following Sat or Sun have made more sense?

It'd probably be confusing fewer normal passengers off-peak on a weekday than in the middle of a weeked day.

I noted at Peterborough that the coach letter boards on each platform have been removed.

Is this for the 5+5 formations?

partly yes. a 5 car set will be a, b, c ,d ,e f.
A 9 car will be A, b, c, g, h , j, k, l, m.

so letters wouldnt match the different formations that will be in use.

Fairly sure LNER would have considered a good many factors when choosing launch day.

It might go down the GWR route and provide numbered zones with announcements along those lines

Ie "first class in zones 1,2, 6 & 7, standard class in zones 3, 4, 5, 8, 9 & 10"

Thanks! I never used TRUST or ELGAR in my Travel days; only Trainline and Evolvi. Therefore, I merely know that reporting codes exist (which even my OH kind of knows to be fair!) rather than what they convert to

Why are those diagrams stabling at Neville Hill instead of Doncaster Carr?

I got the empty stock workings from Realtime Trains (Today's Railways had the passenger diagrams only) so these may change over time (Only the empty stock move for DN801 is showing on RTT as running to Doncaster Carr so far) but since some diagrams are starting and finishing at Leeds it makes perfect sense to stable them at Neville Hill instead of Doncaster as it's so much closer.

Aha, that's incorrect, they'll be stabling at Doncaster Carr, as that's the dedicated Hitachi rail depot

Two empty stock moves a day have now appeared on RTT to/from Leeds (3A06 and 5D31) and these have been amended accordingly. Not sure about the others though

Good to see that the services I've bolded should be running again once this Azuma diagram is in operation, after they were withdrawn back in August 2018. Hopefully the phasing in of the Azumas will free up a 91/Mk4 or HST to run the other missing pair of services (1503 Kings Cross - Leeds and 1745 Leeds - Kings Cross).

That diagram also seems to be running again after the May timetable change according to RTT, restored back to their original headcodes:
http://www.realtimetrains.co.uk/train/Y75645/2019/05/20/advanced
It says it'll "run as required" but those paths were only cancelled in order to test out the Azumas (I think?) and now that the Azumas are entering service there's no need to cancel that train anymore

No, there will continue to be some stabling at Neville Hill. If you pick a date on RTT (29th May, for instance) the only ECS workings to/from Doncaster Carr are those listed; clearly I would expect more to be added as STP workings as time goes on, but for the time being that list looks accurate.
