Do any manufacturers produce models (ready made) of modern station buildings? Those that have been built in the 2000s say?

I don't think there are any such models. I suspect the problem lies in the prototype not having a 'standardised' station design for rebuilding stations or opening the occasional new one in the same way that the older railway companies had a "House Style" which was used at numerous locations. So the model makers don't have any building they can easily copy which could be used on a modern layout based in any part of the country.

There’s this one (sorry but it’s only a screenshot), it is a kit though.

You purchase the "building", print it out and assemble it yourself, but you can print as many as you like. They've got a modern type station building, as well as a CLASP building, which looks quite interesting (if you want something a bit less modern). They have a couple of freebies that you can download to try.

*EDIT* Beaten to it by @Cowley

Ha!
It’s interesting what’s possible these days... I’ve been trying to work out how to build a couple of warehouses for my N gauge ‘Lapford’ project.
Bought a load of 2mm brick plasticard, some etched windows and balsa wood etc, before realising that I was going cross eyed trying to put it all together.
I’ve now got my stepbrother on the case who’s mocking up the frontage of it for me on his computer thingy, and he’s achieved more in a couple of hours than I have in two weeks of head scratching...

Ah, so that's why it's called scratchbuilding. :D

I know, don't let the door hit me on the way out...

You won’t be laughing when I’m wearing my rosette and garland for best warehouse at show in 2020...

Yes they do. Most of them just aren't called station buildings as most facilities except at mainline stations are pretty universal for many things these days. You could look at the Bachmann bus shelters 44-510 for a small branch. Don't forget that a modern station is often just a square box that's made out of white walls and glass. For something a little more specific, try an HO scale building

PIKO 61151 - Petersburg Market
Faller 110130 - DB station
Faller 110131 - DB station
Bachmann 44-0070 - looks the part after a repaint

Apart from these buildings, I am going to suggest that you consider scratchbuilding. It's not that hard to measure out and cut 5 bits of foamboard and a sheet of clear plasticard.

Yeah, having the same conundrum myself - ended up buying the way overpriced Bachmann thing...still, serves purpose (and not like I'll be buying loads of them!)

I have this. Was an absolute pig to build. You can scale it down to N gauge if you like a challenge!
Welcome to the forum.
Yes some kits are pretty challenging that’s for sure!
When you see the Bachmann model that J-Rod posted you can see why people go for the ready built option.

To follow @Cowley there, it's a solid little thing... but the doors are very easy to break off. Not sure it was worth the £50 (!) I paid for it but there we go. It serves a single purpose (unlike model houses which can serve many - run-down house, renovated house, burnt out house, bawdy house, etc).

Edit - Actually, I did try it in another position on the layout and it looks like a 60s/70s library/Drs surgery from some angles, so if you did decide to change the station building later on, you could place it somewhere else.

I believe that if you buy the Network SouthEast Capital Commuter train set from Bachmann, it includes a Class 416, station building, platform and a NSE "Network Railcard"!
