Do any manufacturers produce models (ready made) of modern station buildings? Those that have been built in the 2000s say?
I don't think there are any such models. I suspect the problem lies in the prototype not having a 'standardised' station design for rebuilding stations or opening the occasional new one in the same way that the older railway companies had a "House Style" which was used at numerous locations. So the model makers don't have any building they can easily copy which could be used on a modern layout based in any part of the country.Do any manufacturers produce models (ready made) of modern station buildings? You purchase the "building", print it out and assemble it yourself, but you can print as many as you like. They've got a modern type station building, as well as a CLASP building, which looks quite interesting (if you want something a bit less modern). They have a couple of freebies that you can download to try.

Ah, so that's why it's called scratchbuilding.Ha!
It’s interesting what’s possible these days... I’ve been trying to work out how to build a couple of warehouses for my N gauge ‘Lapford’ project.
Bought a load of 2mm brick plasticard, some etched windows and balsa wood etc, before realising that I was going cross eyed trying to put it all together.
I’ve now got my stepbrother on the case who’s mocking up the frontage of it for me on his computer thingy, and he’s achieved more in a couple of hours than I have in two weeks of head scratching...
You won’t be laughing when I’m wearing my rosette and garland for best warehouse at show in 2020...Ah, so that's why it's called scratchbuilding.
I know, don't let the door hit me on the way out...

I have this. Was an absolute pig to build. You can scale it down to N gauge if you like a challenge! There’s this one (sorry but it’s only a screenshot), it is a kit though.
