I'm pretty sure this will be gate line staff, helping passengers off the train, manning the barriers and ticket office etc. Good job and a great way to get into the industry! Good luck!

As it's a talent pool role, and for a variety of locations I suspect the exact job will depend on the location. It may be ticket office or on the barriers. It may also be platform staff - I can't remember if they get classed as CSAs or not though.
