Not from Monday. Currently Avoncliff is but will become a full stop on Monday. Freshford became a full stop a couple of years ago.

Avoncliff hasn't actually been a request stop for around 6 months now inside the railway world!

It's just taken them this long to get it filtered through the system and to tell the public!

Very true, all services booked for Avoncliff should stop anyway. This is down to there being a starting signal on the Bristol platform, and a decision by FGW's safety bods to do away with any risk of confusion caused by thinking about stopping/not stopping whilst approaching signals. You'll need to be right at the front of the unit to get off, as it's a 'local door only' set up due to the short platform length. Let the Guard know you want it anyway :)
