3 what challenges do u think a driver will face
4 give an example of when u have done unsociable hours/ shift work.
Then u have 8 questions which are scoring questions
1, give an example of when u produced work to a high standard.
2, give an example when u have given someone bad news.
3, what does a customer expect from a driver in PA announcements
4, tell me about an unexpected situation u handled
5, team me a situation where someone has asked you to change the way you were doing something.
6, something your proud of
7, give an example where u went the extra mile for a customer
8, give an example when you worked with other to reach a goal.
