    Dumb question to ask !!

    Hi guys. New to this forum so I apologise in advance for my ignorance! I have applied for trainee driver with FGW and my online application status is "awaiting shortlisting" Does this mean that i WILL be shortlisted, or merely that the shortlisting process is yet to begin?? Thanks...
