Railcard discounts on Oyster: rounded down on LTFares.com, but not on OysterFares.com—which site is correct?

"This ensures consistent results with most accredited retail systems currently in use." Presumably that means most retail systems are rounding down, but some aren't.

    Coronavirus.

That would be watching TV as it is broadcast, which requires a licence.

    Coronavirus.

Mental health services were stretched far too thin even before this crisis. Unfortunately many people do not have a support network.

    Coronavirus.

I was going to respond to this but writing a response is making me too angry.

Coronavirus virus fears causing panic buying

Plenty of Scottish pubs have a sign saying "no off-sales after 10pm" implying they offer them before 10pm. I can't recall ever having taken a pub up on that offer, though, given their prices.

    Trainsplit sending data to Facebook?

I'd rather have totally irrelevant ads, as it's less likely to persuade me to spend money on something I don't want.

    Unusual cancellation reason

What you quoted is what it means - it's a code for that reason.

    Trainsplit sending data to Facebook?

It fits perfectly. Using Facebook as an identity provider (to authenticate logins) falls under "off-Facebook activity" alongside everything else (including the more problematic data-mining). A cynic would suggest they've tied then together to confuse the issue, and make it less likely people...

Availability of accessible rail replacement coaches

Typically, ITT documents do not outline every legal requirement that applies to those tendering... It's generally expected that those tendering will follow the law!

What are TOCs doing post accessible RRB advice?

I'm not sure how you get to that conclusion. It describes emergency RRVs as "unplanned" not "unscheduled", and explicitly says they are unlikely to be "unscheduled" which would be required to be outside of the Regulations:

Guard counting passengers on last train of the day

What on Earth is an "accredited split ticket provider" and how do they differ from an "accredited ticket provider"?

EU Referendum: The result and aftermath...

I do remember some scathing criticism of Brown, when he took over from Blair without a general election. In particular, from, uh, Johnson... https://www.newstatesman.com/politics/uk/2019/06/without-mandate-british-people-how-boris-johnson-described-gordon-brown-2007

Passengers self-detrain from LO train 15 July 2019

It doesn't really matter what's possible. What matters is that if conditions get that bad, passengers will self-detrain.

The UK's most 'classic' medium-sized stations

Stirling? Or would that be too big (or ugly - still waiting for the old footbridge to platform 9 to be put back)?

    Caledonian Sleeper
