They're cancelling 16 weekday services a day currently (12 Leeds and 4 Lincoln) but no further reductions planned at the moment. LNER passenger numbers recovered better than most TOCs last year so probably hoping they can ride it out.

High Wycombe has a fair old hike from Platform 1 to 3. Not only is Platform 3 offset from platforms 1 & 2 but to get from 1 to 3 you need to walk down platform 1, double back on yourself to walk the length of platform 2 and then head over a footbridge.

I have heard that Arriva are doing something similar with Grand Central, although not seen anything official released as FHT did.

They don't appear to be route cleared south of Bletchley on the WCML. That's not to say they weren't in the past however.

The ECML re-cast in May 2022 is probably where they will be looking to get improvements. Although as every Operator wants improvements, the extent to which their paths are improved could be limited. Depends who shouts loudest...
