Myself and a fair few others wont be able to work an 8 hr roster at our current location due to tge fatigue of travelling everyday. Hopefully this wont come through forcing us to move back to traditional 8 hr rosters on a 35 hr week. If they will persist maybe a compromise on moving to a 32 hr...

I hope this wont be accepted, NR have offered no compulsory redundancies for two years with the caveat that they are to be permenantly removed after 2 years without the possibility of be kept from the next pay deal onwards. I'm assuming the 18% flexi is a typo. We do have a few grade 9 links though, London bridge lower level and the core links. Lewisham / Grove Park is a shoe in for a bump up as well once the paperwork goes in given that the rest of panel 5 is coming over from london bridge asc in a few months

And more importantly on that offer no compulsory redundancies has been removed! Out of solidarity for our colleagues in outer boxes etc who in years to come could potentially be in a vulnerable position that will at some point close we cant aford to lose the no compulsory redundancies. Once...

NR HR are the notoriously slow with these things, the time of year will likely not be helping either. I wouldn't worry yourself at all. Just enjoy your xmas knowing you've got a nice new career. And congrats
