As an ex staff member, staffing activities, deployment and planning is a downfall which leads 3to a wide range of issues on the system. It is no coincidence that anti social behaviour on this line is increasing. If you neglect the line of staff, then that will happen as people start to realise...

When has it been moved back to, and did they give you a reason? I presume you'll be doing training and familiarisation (which box is it for?), but your LOM would be able to help.

Can I just ask what would be the usual time necessary to train on location in a Grade 2 box once signalling school has been completed?

That's alright, I'm obviously not expecting an easy ride but I'll find out when I start and do what's required. How long is the school for now, I've been doing some research and there's differing information, between 10 and 12 weeks?

First post here! Hello everyone. Does anyone know if signalling school has a break for Christmas/Easter if there are courses running over that time period? I'm hopefully expecting a confirmation soon of the dates of the training

Another day, another delay. Sat on the 0730 LNER at Kings Cross and no estimated time for departure we have been told. Was the work overnight actually completed properly, is this the same issue causing the delays?

Yep had to book a hotel, originally at Kings Cross at 12pm for LUMO at 2:45, and was told at 4pm there was a LNER service running to Edinburgh. mad crowd going for it and then an announcement came saying this was full and standing - the concourse hadnt cleared at all! As of 20 mins ago it was...

Newcastle is forecast to reach 33 degrees on Tuesday so expect disruption all over the country, don't think you can discount anywhere really.
