I believe they will let you apply for the trainee jobs that come up and you just need to stipulate you are qualified. Dont know if that's changed, skipton is somewhere I'd be interested in eventually. Lovely part of the country.

3 week rotation , set rest days, long weekend every 3rd week. Mostly Sutton loops if I remember rightly. 12 committed Sundays a years, 3 per quarter. These can be given away if there's drivers who want the day. 7 days notice for all other Sundays not to work them. 3 shifts, red blue and black.

I wouldn't think for quite a long time, they've just taken a massive influx of trainees so I would imagine the wait would be quite substantial now.

If anything they will be less so, getting that far into training knowing you possibly can't meet the expectations of the job won't go down well so I'd think carefully before taking it on. It also won't go down well with your colleagues at the depot, obviously people may be flexible to swap...
