Hi all,

Before ordering train tickets today I just wanted to check if GTR are still the only TOC to provide a full refund with no admin fee if ToD tickets aren't collected? I'd normally simply purchase walk-on tickets from a ticket office on the day but on this occasion I want to ensure I get some seat reservations beforehand.

Thanks Starmill. From what I can see however, it looks like their refund is fee-free only if the tickets are surrendered before their validity begins.
