Super off peak, valid via Banbury, can I use this to Oxford and use onward travel with FGW?

Cheers guys, is it the same restriction? Don't depart Paddington until 19:00 and don't arrive there til 10:00?

What time are the Oxford HSTs?

I'm buying the £4.70 XC Cov to Leam, can I stay on until Oxford?

What time are the Oxford HSTs?

I'm buying the £4.70 XC Cov to Leam, can I stay on until Oxford?

Yes, you can stay on the train to Oxford (I assume you mean £4.90 - Anytime Day Return), provided of course the XC service is not due to arrive Reading before 1100.

Oxford-Paddington services are detailed in this timetable, with HST worked services marked with an "H".

I presume xx:22 and xx:49 Paddington departures are fast HSTs to Oxford?

Is the £30 travel card ticket zones 1-2 +my travel?

The £30 Super Off Peak Day Travelcard Leamington-London includes travel throughout zones 1-6, the same as for all "outboudary" Travelcards.

The xx22 and xx49 departures (+/- a minute or two) are always fasts, generally HSTs during the peaks but check the timetable to be sure.

In theory, could this ticket also be used via Basingstoke to Waterloo?

I believe so, courtesy of maps BB and WX, but no online journey planner is showing this ticket as being valid via Basingstoke.

No! You'd need to purchase another ticket that covers Leamington Spa to Oxford and comply with NRCOC clause 19 - but yes you can stay on the same train at Leamington if you have another ticket.
