Super off peak, valid via Banbury, can I use this to Oxford and use onward travel with FGW?

It's certainly a permitted route, so if the route is Via Banbury then yes, it is valid via Didcot.

Yes, the route is Via Banbury and BoJ is permitted on both outward and return of this useful ticket. Restrictions apply to departures from Reading in addition to departures from London.

Cheers guys, is it the same restriction? Don't depart Paddington until 19:00 and don't arrive there til 10:00?

PS I am getting the silver train out and a HST back, what are the earliest HST then XC back home?
The £30 Super Off Peak Day Travelcard Leamington-London includes travel throughout zones 1-6, the same as for all "outboudary" Travelcards.
The xx22 and xx49 departures (+/- a minute or two) are always fasts, generally HSTs during the peaks but check the timetable to be sure.

No! You'd need to purchase another ticket that covers Leamington Spa to Oxford and comply with NRCOC clause 19 - but yes you can stay on the same train at Leamington if you have another ticket.
