180110 and sluggish 156's

Saw 180110 doing driver training at Leicester today plus. Went from Syston to Leicester on 156403 it arrived 10 mins late and was really sluggish on departure from Syston the engine was in permanent tickover and I noticed when. I departed Leicester at 10:40 it was still sat on platform 1 with a departure time of 10:26
