NRE reported that "This train has been delayed by vandalism".

It apparently departed Paddington 21 minutes behind schedule and reached Swansea around a quarter of an hour down.

Just wondering does anyone know the gist of what happened.

This train also connects with the Fishguard boat train at Swansea.

Looks like it was a broken window (shattered glass) on the train that needed work.
