Was waiting at Middlesbrough today for the 15.55, 2N41, which is formed from the above train. Little information given as to why it was cancelled between Middlesbrough and Nunthorpe, and also the return working (Nunthorpe - Newcastle). Real Time Trains shows a delay on 2N26 at Norton South Junction, but little else. Anyone have any further info?

Looks like it terminated at Middlesbrough, maybe then ecs back to Newcastle.

Signalling error at Norton South on in ward working to Middlesbrough. (SPAD)
Had a feeling it might have been - the Norton boxes seem to be having a run of bad luck after the GC incident.
