Bit of a strange question.

Anyone know the Date entered service of 390033 (the Greyrigg Accident unit) ?

Trying to clarify something.

I don't know the specific day of the month, but the copy of The Railway Herald contemporary with the Grayrigg derailment states:

The Pendolino set involved in the accident, Class 390 No. 390033 entered service with Virgin Trains in November 2003 and was reformed as a nine-coach train at the end of March 2004.
