Hi, I hope this is in the right place, thought some people might be interested. Also, I'm not sure how regular 395s are on the Maidstone East line, but I'm pretty sure it's not common.

Basically, due to overnight engineering works between Sittingbourne and Herne Bay, 395s will be diverted on there way back to Ashford Down Sidings. Normally, the trains would terminate at Faversham and then return to Ashford (I think, or they stay at Faversham), but due to the engineering works they're terminating at Sittingbourne and returning a different way.

1F74 and 1F76 will terminate at platform 3 at Sittingbourne, (which is rare itself!), at 0022 and 0052 respectively. The 0022 arrival will form 5J75, running up to Swanley (arrival at 0107 and departure at 0114), before turning around and heading via Maidstone East (pass at 0137) towards Ashford. The 0052 arrival will form 5J77, running up to Swanley (arrival at 0132 and departure at 0139) and then turning around and heading via Maidstone East (pass at 0202) to Ashford.

Basically, for those of you at locations like Swanley, Otford, Maidstone East, etc who don't get to see 395s running, they will be there at the above times.

THIS IS ONLY FOR MONDAY, TUESDAY, WEDNESDAY AND THURSDAY OF THIS WEEK.

(Apologies if it's in the wrong place, if it's too detailed, if it's too confusing or if this doesn't interest you.)
