Looking to purchase a 7 Day all line rover in a month or two (Rail strikes depending).

According to national rail website a 26-30 Railcard discount is available for the standard class version however, it doesn't appear to be available with the 1st class version.

Is this.correct? Or is the website incorrect?

Yes, that's correct. 26-30 Railcards don't offer a discount on walk-up first class fares, so this isn't really an exception to the rule.
