There are more 5 car London - Swansea services (11) than full length (10) ones yet again today, so I'm guessing it's far from the only one sat up doing nothing.

0523, 0648, 0925, 1147, 1248, 1348, 1415, 1548, 1618, 1718, 1848, 1918 and 1948 from Paddington to South Wales are all single 5 carriage trains today, which is poor beyond belief but a typical reflection of the service most days nowadays.

800010 is having a regular exam today. If nothing significant is found, it will be out again tomorrow.
