Away from home at the moment and looking for some help. :)

Could anyone tell if Overton - Yarmouth IOW is valid via Basingstoke & Eastleigh?

I have a feeling it may be on the 3 mile rule and might not be mapped.

Also is a Basingstoke - Yarmouth IOW ticket valid via Andover?

Overton to Yarmouth IoW with a DIS (I always thought it was DSB?) is coming up as £30.95 for an FDR. Otherwise, it certainly appears to be valid via Basingstoke (to be perfectly honest, why wouldn't it?); however, I can see nothing to suggest that travelling from BSK is valid via Andover.
