Accrington to Todmorden Engineering Works on 5th November?

I am planning to travel from Accrington to Todmorden on the 5th November. I am aware there is replacement buses first thing. However on national rail and real time trains shows a train from Accrington at 08:28 , however this does not appear in the replacement timetables. Am I correct in thanking this is an error.

The Northern website will sell a fare with an itinerary for the 0828. If it was me, I'd buy it online with itinerary. If the train does not run, and the bus gets you into Todmorden 30+ minutes late, you'd be entitled to a Northern Rail complimentary single journey travel voucher (or half the amount you paid as Delay Repay compensation).
