Good Evening ,
Looking for advice regarding L.N.E.R Video interview, and what format it takes?.

i.e- Are you asked Questions and do they appear on the screen or is it a question of a Personal statement.

Why You , etc give examples of Concentrating for long periods of time ,

Thanks in advance

If this relates to recording yourself answering the questions (ie you don't have a booked time to speak to a real person) then here goes...

I did have the questions they asked on my account, but it appears the page has gone now... off the top of my head, they're relatively simple questions (for me, relating to customer experience - may be different for you) and you have to give an example of what you've done relating to them. There's 3 or 4 videos you have to record.

Firstly you start with a test video to warm you up, I don't think it's used in the interview - but this one is for introducing yourself. The next few videos you record are the ones that matter - as I explained above.

You get 2 attempts at each video, the question will appear on the screen before you use your normal camera app to record the answer (the question won't be shown on screen whilst you talk, basically). They are timed, but you get a reasonable allowance for completing each video.

Omiicity4659,
Thanks for the reply. I had an feeling they would be directed at customer service and dealing with incidents.
