Airport Advance TPE - where to buy?

Hi,

If I want the 3 hour flexibility on an Advance from Manchester Airport, am I obliged to buy from TPE or can I buy the same ticket from a different TOC (at a station or online)??

The easement is part of the restriction code TPE use for all of their advances from (and to) the airport so it doesn't matter where you buy them from.
