'Albion' itself was almost a part of Greets Green on the West Bromwich side of the canal. It is a district which lent its name to West Bromwich Albion FC, it is thought, because the majority of the early West Bromwich Stroller players, came from that area and the club was renamed.

I don't think there's much or was much on the other side. It is a bit of a no man's land between Tividale and Oldbury.
