ALR Question

Using a 7 day FC ALR is this allowed:

Buying the ticket to start on a Monday
But boarding a train a 23:XX on a Sunday and buying a ticket to a station where it arr/dep after 00:00.

eg

Boarding the 2350 (?) sleeper to Penzance, buying a ticket to reading, even though it only picks up there?

also, would this be allowed

Boarding a sleeper at Crewe leaving at 2354 (?), buying a ticket to Winsford even though the train doesn't stop there?

I know this isnt allowed using a normal ticket,but it is using a season, so I'm not sure which ALRs are classed as?
