Dreadful "Down Wid Da Kidz" pseudo-American patronising bilge with third-rate rap music.

Obviously devised by someone who thinks that's what young people do.

I was wondering what was the medical name for the afflication that causes the inability to express speech in a coherent manner such as used in that particular advert.
