I tried to buy a annual season on Southeastern site for my local London season ticket and seems that no paper options available.
Is it possible to buy a paper one from ticket office?

Smartcards are generally the direction of travel for season tickets.

I got a ‘Hatton Gold Card’ issued by GTR on paper at the end of last year.

Without knowing the details it's hard to say. 'In-boundary' Travelcard Seasons are no longer available in CCST (credit card sized ticket) form, only Oyster or Smartcard.

Point-to-point Seasons should still be available as a CCST though.

Do Watford Junction, Grays, Epsom and Cuffley count as in-boundary here?

No. Although you can use Oyster or contactless to travel there, they are not in any of the numbered Zones and hence an outboundary Travelcard is needed if not using PAYG.

Yeah, it's a point to point one on Southeastern.
The reason why I said annual season ticket, as it's not a annual travelcard.

Yes, you can buy a paper annual season ticket from a staffed Southeastern booking office. You'll need a photocard. If you don't already have one, bring a passport size photo of yourself and they can make one for you.
