Unfortunately not for a number of reasons.

So will I hopefully! Lets hope this time it goes better than GWSR if we do bump into each other!:lol:
Excellent. At least we more or later know what each other looks like now.

£11 for return to Birmingham loco hauled action. Hadn’t realised 68s were so big, first time seeing one up close. First time departure out of London Marylebone. Like the mainline coaching stock used. F97DD6A7-D4D0-4B50-AA47-C17B27BADD5F.jpegFDA84E7B-5D67-4C33-BD52-35F5ECE9F74F.jpeg

@Cowley
20189+20205
45041
50035
55019
Home fleet
2 x 33s
D1010
D7017 and D7018
Class 14
Class 47

That’s interesting. On the PLEG site it’s listing as guests:
20007 + 20142
26007
45041
50035.

Which one is right then? Either line up is pretty good mind, especially if D7018 works.

Yes likewise Anthony.
I wouldn’t say I’ve lost interest, but railways and the forum have had to take a backseat while I renovate our house from top to bottom.
This has meant that I’m about two months behind reading everyone’s trip reports (and I’m almost scared to look now).
Just completed the sixth room since New Year’s Day though so it’s been worth it...
Haven’t even been on the rails yet this year because all money’s going into the house at the moment.
Perhaps you need something to respark things, like a railtour or gala to look forward to?

Lost all interest in trains lately.
I know of many people who have had on and offs with railways, including me, I have lost the enjoyment of writing trip reports lately. I have even partly lost the haulage/shack part of me at the moment, as I am more focused in photography lately. I do hope the latter come back to myself at some point as well though.

Don't worry. I have only posted 1 or 2 in the past two months o_O:p

. Don’t worry yours will be at the top of the list Dhass.
Anthony (and Dhass) - Are you doing the WSR Diesel Gala? I’m having an operation the day before under a general anaesthetic (a lobotomy ;)). I can probably get a lift from a friend but I’m not sure how I’ll be feeling...

I am undecided on the WSR diesel gala yet, but if I do any day it would be the Saturday.

Will probably go lineside for pictures. Most likely Saturday. Just for Deltic and vac. It’s a shame they won’t be running D7018.

Good to know you've got the mojo back :)
I think interest waxes and wains.
For myself, I've had whole years when I've not even looked at a train.

Great day, seeing clanline 35028 on the Torbay Express. And Paignton airshow.
I almost saw Clan Line from my front door, but I actually saw 10 mk1s rattling past because I wasn’t quick enough...
I almost saw the Red Arrows but I looked out of the wrong window...
I did however see a wonderful WW2 bomber (not too sure what sort and I imagine that the citizens of Dresden in the 1940s wouldn’t have shared my enthusiasm) pass over the house on the way to Paignton yesterday. What an amazing sight.
Got any pictures Anthony?
