Any 387s have been transferred to Southern?

What makes you think it isn't?

There has been speculation about 377/5s at Southern for a long while. However, there is also speculation about further concentration on core services, which would avoid the need to bring any more stock in.
Well. I do admit that in the past on the forum, I got things wrong so I have toned down my expectations and only put them down as rumors. But I know for a fact that Southern Railway will need more rolling stock in the future as well. I don't accept that Southern will not need rolling stock.

This I do agree with. However what’s most likely is that Southern will just keep swimming with its current fleet until everything needs replacing. It seems that there isn’t much appetite from any parties to play hot potato.

13 x 377/5s were definately* going to Southern last August, if the 707 cascade to Southeastern and the 701 introduction on SWR had commenced. This was published on an official internal memo. There has been absolutely no further updates published since.
