I've recently lost an item on the Stansted Express train from London Liverpool Street and I have been trying to get it back since. I have tried reporting it on https://www.greateranglia.co.uk/lost-property but their online form asks for the train line the item was lost on and I do not recognise any of the options as the line I was on. Maybe someone here knows better and can help me identify which of these lines is the line I was on?

The Stansted Express website and several members of the Greater Anglia staff also told me to phone their helpline and select option 7, however the recorded voice skips from explaining option 6 to option 8 and on pressing 7 I get no answer. They also gave me a mail address which does not accept incoming mail.
I've also contacted Excess Baggage at Liverpool Street station, but my bag is not with them.
Can someone tell me which of the above lines would be the correct one or an alternative mean to contact the Greater Anglia lost property office?
