Just learned of this in the last hour.
The former CIE ferry Naomh Eanna which plied the route from Galway city to the Aran Islands for many years is to be scrapped. She is currently moored in the Grand Canal Dock in Dublin and has been there for several years and until recent months in use by businesses. Sadly time is very rapidly running out to save her.
