Are any other railway network maps for Germany available?

I found this excellent railway network map recently - https://busse-und-bahnen.nrw.de/rvp/ - which shows the entire regional railway network for the German state of NRW (Nord Rhine Westfalen). It shows every regional railway line and also shows every station. When you zoom in it shows more details.

Does anyone know if maps like this are available for regional trains in other states in Germany that show all lines and all stations? If so do you have the links to them please?

Preferably PDF format is the best but any format would be great. Also if anyone has a link to a PDF copy of the NRW map that i linked above that would be great to have as well.

Many thanks for any help.

I think you'll have to navigate through the websites of every Verkehrsverbund to find what you want, unless someone else has prepared a comprehensive list (but the websites tend to change once in a while so the links will die).

Here is a map showing every transport network: https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Verke...verbünde_und_Tarifverbünde_in_Deutschland.png

The validity map of Laender tickets is a PDF file showing every station (but not individual train routes, only the overall network).

I don't think this is available on the English version of the site. You have to find a link labelled Streckenkarte, I haven't checked every state but I found these maps useful to discover where it is possible to go, and at least DB has a good timetable interface (which works for most of Europe making it even better)

They are available on the DB website: https://www.bahn.de/p/view/service/fahrplaene/streckennetz.shtml

Technical maps of the network are available through DB Netze's GeoViewer (in German and English). The Trassenfinder (German only) lets you plan a route across the German railway network and tells you the distance covered, time taken, and an estimation of how much it would cost to run the train (path, energy, staff).

If you should ever be in Berlin go to S-bahn station Lichtenberg. There is a real store called "BahnBuchShop" where you can buy almost everything about german railways. Also online btw. Postage below 0,5 kilo is 4,5 euro.

Not all of them show the service pattern in the way that NRW does, some/many are a simple route map (slightly distorted).
That's probably becaus not all regions use line numbers with clear service patterns, but prefer the southern European and British way of running trains (seemingly) at random. This is especially true for Baden-Württemberg, wtih the Bavarian map at least trying to show the service patterns. For Saxony, there is this map, which shows the patterns and line numbers, whilst the DB one does not. For detailed maps, it will be best to use those provided by the relevant Verkehrsverbund.

Many thanks for all those links. That is very helpful. Very useful to have for travelling around Germany on the regional trains.
