So, I've been trying to find some information about the automated customer information systems in use on British railways, and I was wondering if anyone is familiar with the installation of such systems, specifically the one that appears to be known as Atos. So here are my questions:
1) Is Atos a company name or just a system name?
2) If Atos is not a company name, what company makes it?
3) Atos is the name of an IT company that seems to operate some ticketing systems for both airlines and the railways, and owns the website "RedSpottedHanky." Is this the same company that produces these announcements?
4) How do we know that the announcement system is called Atos?
5) Why do companies keep replacing KeTech or Amey with this mysterious Atos?
6) Can you point me to some more information, such as brochures etc. for the system?
