Avanti Manchester-London evening services withdrawn

Avanti seems to have recently withdrawn the 1755, 1855 and 1955 up services off Piccadilly - cancelled in the weekday timetable (outside of engineering works) until week beginning 11th Sept. Is this is a summer alteration or merely a result of the ongoing staff shortage? I'm fairly sure these services were scheduled to run (and usually did) following the May TT change and they certainly did since December 2022.

Summer holiday timetable started on 24/07/23 and will run for 7 weeks until 11/09/23. Mainly affects services after 1500, but a few amendments in the morning peak. A few WM services have also been withdraw as well as the MAN ones.
