Are there any Euston applicants who haven't heard back? I’m still waiting, I did do the VSE the day before the deadline…

Also if you didn’t pass vse/M7 have you had a rejection email or have you just not heard anything?

I did mine on 26th March, 3 days before deadline. Haven’t heard back anything. Hopefully this week. Fingers crossed. Euston applicant.

Just want to know is the dials test part 2 of rules and regulations, very similar to the real test?

It is the same concept, just looks a little different with also a few added differences, its slightly more complex but not too much. You will be given a practice go before the real deal and the assessors check your answers, if your struggling to understand there really good at explaining how to do it and making sure you go into the test knowing exactly what to do

Stage 1 tests done, good luck to all those waiting/attending this week. Can only echo advise on here of using the group bourdon tool, using the practice materials, ask as many questions as you like and most importantly relax!

Time to forget about all this and enjoy Easter.

Is that the dials and cables? No I checked at the end and did 37 which was more than I was expecting

Tea- Occ
Trainability for rules tests.
Are the computer based test and competency based interview done at another date if successful?

I think they must have put the email replies on hold for the minute whilst they’re dealing with the in person assessments. Might not hear anything back for the next few weeks

Yep those are the tests you'll do then wait 7-10 working days for the results before being invited to do the computer tests if you're successful

Quite possibly. I was surprised that there was only one woman running the assessments in Crewe this week and that everything needs to go back to be marked/marked again

Is it just paper tests in first stage at Crewe, then computer and competency based interview on another day if successful?

Yep those are the tests you'll do then wait 7-10 working days for the results before being invited to do the computer tests if you're successful

There are still people waiting to hear whether they have been successful in the first round of tests so I would be prepared to wait.

Hi all, found this site while looking for hints/tips/practice materials for the assessments.

Was in Crewe today, happily found the Tea-Occ a lot better than I was expecting but the trp i found a bit harder then the practice materials

I finished the 43 with about 10 seconds to spare, its a very close call

Got mine next Thursday for Euston and I think some people have had theirs for Euston as well.

Still waiting after the VSE and M7, deadline was 29th. I think they’re quite busy at the moment so just a matter of sitting tight (impatiently)!!
