Yes thats the one , interestingly welsh water have closed off the Lynn celyn damn wall while they build a 1/1000 year overspill . No mention of environmental damage there

It's good that there's no environmental damage involved in building the overspill.

Though I see an awful lot of work was involved - two environmental statements and at least eight studies/ surveys to assess any impact.
