Is it running on Sep 11th ? Couldn't find it on the Belmond website, and it looks as if 60163 is currently heading to NRM York.

Its listed on UKSteaminfo website (normally extremely accurate):

so would be surprised if not running. Belmond do do the odd private charter,this could be one.

Clearly says CANCELLED - Normally they differentiate when steam has been replaced by diesel, for fire risk, operational reasons etc.
