None really, occasionally spare from home, but I can’t remember the last time that happened, not this year so far anyhow. Still busy driving busy trains. Not stupidly overcrowded but still busy.

Having meetings / training over Teams.

Other than that it's buisness as usual.

There's a lot more scrutiny on the cost of new initatives and buying replacement items/equipment etc. Can be quite frustrating at times. Also as @ComUtoR says, more virtual meetings like the rest of the world.

In addition there's been even more focus on performance & reliability which is fine for the role I do.

Lots of RDW, and regular turns binned to allow sufficient rest. Win/win
